I completely agree with combatting gang-related activity, but the criminals need to be punished for the crimes they actually commit (for example: you can't punish a person who commited 2nd-degree murder with 1st-degree murder, however I don't think there are murder-degrees in English-Welsh law). I never said they were "to retarded to shoot straight". Just because they have been charged with intent, doesn't mean that they will be convicted of such. I hope the criminals are convicted of the right charge, and not for something which may have been accidental. However, with a bias judge and a bias jury, who knows what could happen.

True... But that happened over many many years. And I could argue "are all our skins black?" Their family came over more recently than my ancestors did, for instance. They are more African than I am. Again, just an observation.

These scum may have been born here, but I doubt their parents were. You don't become a UK citizen by just setting foot in the UK, your ancestors have to have lived here for a decent amount of time.

It wouldn't decrease anywhere near 95%. I know around here we've got a low level of people who aren't white (86% white according to Wiki, which seems about correct) but we've still got one of the highest crime rates in the UK (second outside of parts of London, Birmingham and Manchester IIRC). This seems to be reflected in who commits the crimes around here too.
