Hi, I am a training dental nurse and looking to study dental hygiene&therapy once I am qualified! It says I can use my dental nurse qualification in place of two A levels and I was just wondering the grade requirements for gcses as on most uni sites it says C or above in 5 subjects however someone has told me it is A in maths and English GCSE to apply! Just wondering if anyone knew which one it is? Thanks

Hi I don't know what the entry requirements are for Uni in England but I got into Dundee with dental nursing which acted as one higher then a Higher B in English, biology, admin, business management and media studies. I know most unis want 3 b's and a 'c' and I think 2 need to be English and a science preferably bio. Hope this helps
