Hmm, interesting. I may well be taking a longer route just to make it cheaper.

Just not entirely sure if it's possible though.

Edit: Great success. I can remain in Zone 2 throughout the journey!
    But.. you don't need to.

Dat moment when your 1rm of back squat is power cleaned.

I reckon he has done an 180kg powerclean and that is ridiculous at 6ft and 80kg.

His deadlift is 300+ and I would say squat is 250+

    Why don't you cycle?

I've no idea what kind of distance we're talking though.

I can't effectively ride a bike. Not ridden a bike in at least 10 years.

Quite far though... 45 minutes on the tube.

Spotted this on BB.com. The levels at this, which is before they turned pro in case anybody is unaware, are ridiculous.

NPC Nationals is still pretty high level, look at photos of guys who do well at NPC Nationals these days they look awesome. Late 80s and early to mid 90s was an exceptiopnal time for BBing though.

Wish stuff like that was still televised.

Sure, but how often is the line-up that amazing? I found it amusing when Ronnie gets fourth and he says 'We know who the big three are here'. In retrospect of course. I know Ronnie wasn't successful until a lot later than this.

I was just making burgers and I noticed they've gone a bit hard/stale(?) on a small portion of the burger. They're fine expiry date wise and all. Also, some small bits of it are a bit darker than the rest - bit brown.

Anything I should be worried about? Not first time I've eaten them like this. It's just I think my opening it and leaving it in the fridge it goes like that but at home it doesn't happen so not sure if there's something wrong with my fridge - may not cold enough?

Not had any trouble with it before but as I say, does seem a bit odd...

Yeah if you've left them a bit open in the fridge the meat will have dried out. Might not taste great now but it won't kill you!

Just called my mum to ask and she told me to eat meat within a day of opening regardless of the expiry date.

I think my fridge (small fridge) isn't cold enough. The chicken was starting to smell a bit bad too so I threw it out.

In the future might just eat them quickly if it's the case. I did leave it open for a few days.

ha. Lel at some of the comments "immoral blah blah". He's 40, he is old enough to know what he wants to do, not up to her to stop it. Also, he's 40 and she's a 20 year old student, boom. I do wonder how many 40 year old men would truthfully decline the offer of an affair with a 20 year old. They may say they would, but really?
