Re: TSR Muscle Building Society For Men V7
It's weird, does everyone do this callus removal stuff? I've never had a callus get particularly big, or rip off, and I don't do anything to my hands. When I first started pulling heavy they got battered up a bit but after a few months my palms just got hard and never hurt/ripped or anything again?

Re: TSR Muscle Building Society For Men V7Tbf, it's the first time I've done it and it was a mistake. It would have been ok if I'd allowed my hands a few days to heal, rather than deadlifting the next day, but meh. For now I'll whack on a bit of tape and then leave the callouses. Cba with all this handcare.(Original post by Arturo Bandini)

Re: TSR Muscle Building Society For Men V7I pretty much always get and tear blisters/callouses. This is probably down to me holding the bar wrong and using no chalk, mind.(Original post by Arturo Bandini)

Re: TSR Muscle Building Society For Men V7Same. I have no gnarly calluses at all. If you looked at my hands, you'd think, "Do you even lift?" I dunno if it's because I do hook-grip or what. But even my thumbs don't have big calluses or anything. My training partner, who has been training with me for over 3 years, has ****ed up looking calluses all over his ****.(Original post by Arturo Bandini)

Re: TSR Muscle Building Society For Men V7
i saw that post on testosterone muscle on my phone yesterday, but didnt enter then, cos i was on my phone, then forgot today before work
(grats to my bro for the free t-shirt though)
Also my hands don't have any calluses or anything on them, they are "do you even lift" hands, even with my 190 deadlift -
Re: TSR Muscle Building Society For Men V7My bf uses hook grip and has the same type of hands as your training partner. I keep trying to force him to watch the Donny Shankle hand care video but he refuses. I have managed to get him to moisturise though.(Original post by SMed)

Re: TSR Muscle Building Society For Men V7
On antibiotics as got infected Exzcma on hands. Feelsbadman.
Main problem is i'm not allowed to have them until 2 hours after food and not 1 hour before my next food. I'll need to eat less often to take this bloody things 4 times a day.
Any resident doctors are free to jump in and tell me it's not important...
