WoW has changed a **** ton. I was a decent player but never any good but now it's very different (only played a bit of WotLK).

It doesn't help that the server I'm playing is mainly Italian and my guild is Italian but my Italian isn't very good... will probably help improve it though so bonus!
Decent as in what level of raiding did you get to?

Do you play on Runetotem by any chance? Used to play there when I played.

    Nope.

Well decent as in I like to think I wasn't a complete idiot but to be fair I was probably a bit above poor. I just had a good guild so that helped a lot.

Have you seen it nowadays? You can just do random Heroics by just creating a group and waiting in queue. I dunno how similar PUGs were but you don't even have to move to get to the place or anything. Quite cool.

Personally feel they've ****ed up WoW a lot. Apparently now it's incredibly easy to get to lvl 85 - like 20-30 hours if you know what to do. That's just crazy. Even BC messed it up a lot. You do all these raids to get T3 and stuff and suddenly greens that drop in Outlands are better than them.

Team sports are fun...solo sports are serious.

The likes of Carl Lewis, lance Armstrong, muhamad Ali will always be looked upon as better sports people than team sportsmen.

Lance Armstrong is laughably one dimensional. Put aside the fact he probably had the best drugs running through his system. He is a cyclist who never competed in the Olympics, never won another grand tour, never won a world champs etc.

His team and career was built to win the tour. And that he did. But it'd be like a football team winning the league time after time, yet not even competing in Europe. If he hadn't had huge amounts of sponsorship he would have HAD to do the other tours and the fatigue would have told. So much more time for Ulrich and Pantani :coma:

Give me Bekele any day. 3 olympic golds, loads of world champs wins, holds the 5k/10k WRs and he dominated the cross country like no athlete ever has.

Lance won the Cycling World Championship once, also won some smaller events like Tour de Suisse etc..They are/were all on drugs so the drugs really is a null point.

Do you actually follow cycling? Tour de Suisse is essentially just prep for the Tour de France. He never won a grand tour or competed in the classics. His racing year was prep for Tour de France or the Tour itself. No other rider could afford that.

PEDs aren't a case of you either take them or you don't. So much more complicated. If you have higher quality masking you can take them closer to the race or even during. Like anything the more money you invest the more you get out.

I watch the grand tours and the olympics + world champs. He became so famous really because of how he came back after having such serious cancer, you can't really argue with that reasoning.

Aye he's inspirational, no doubt about that. But people act like he's the greatest athlete of all time.

Decided to upload my deadlift videos from 2 weeks ago, currently 92/93 kg.

    220 x 1
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a_HdzRMQW4A

    230 x 1
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SmmKSMRoAYk

    240 x 1 (PB)
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S3_kUKF6th4

Very aware of my terrible back position in the final video, so dont worry! I suppose its always gonna happen when your at your 1 rep max.

yeah true, not a fan of failing reps tho as i found it just burns me out.

even if i get like 5,3,3 i'd be pretty happy, also find it weird if i've not squatted in a week.

atm i want to do so much stuff in the gym but not enough time, might need to add a day if i want to do all the extra fun stuff

Don't have to fail them. Just attempt triples and then you won't need to fail them.

Just do the fun stuff afterwards. Saves extra travelling time on a different day.

I played for maybe a year in classic and I don't really think that TBC ****ed it up at all (except arena). The game has never really been about levelling, it's never been "difficult" as such to level, just classic was quite a lot more grindy with disjointed quest chains and poor rewards.

I only played for a few months during TBC but I think that was WoW at its best, at least in terms of endgame PvE. They seemed to have a nice balance between difficulty and accessibility, with plenty of content too. Also BC raid gear lasted quite far in the level 70-80 zones before it was replaced by greens.

Most of my playtime was in WotLK, got some nice stuff done like server first heroic LK 25 and grand crusader 25 server first, so yes I've used the dungeon finder and I really liked it, finding groups for 5 man used to be a massive pain in the ass.

I don't really think they ****ed up the game, it has definitely evolved a lot over time but mostly for the better. Too many people look back on classic with rose-tinted goggles. The main reason I stopped playing was that I just didn't want to devote a set 10 hours of my week, every week, to raiding any longer. That's just the nature of MMOs though.

Given all the great lore Blizzard has made, it beggars belief that their next expansion is Pandaria though!

    TL;DR I'm a huge nerd.

Very nice. Didn't look too bad at all, nice and smooth. No hitching or spazzing on the way up. Add more weight

I don't follow your training much, but I just get the feeling you're not recovering well lol. Are you doing your share of prehab/mob/flexiblity/sleep/food.

You'll be back in no time...

Whats the scheduale for being allowed to squat again then?

Also, guessing you'll be starting at a very low weight again?
