Anyone heard about shrugging whilst bench pressing? So instead of shoulders back and down it will be down and up.
I'm having tremendous difficulty keeping my shoulders back and it's screwing up my bench press completely. I feel like I focus way too much on form and not actually just ****ing moving it but equally I don't want to get injured so it makes sense to do so.

i don't claim to know anything about this subject (because PROTIP: I'm not him) but i do know he's been tested before, when still doing crazy lifts that people on places like this would say "o he's using".
So if he wasn't then, why should now be any different? He's gained like 10kg BW and thus his already crazy (and tested) lifts are now even crazier
@Adidas: Well, only he knows for sure. Just purely speculation on my part. The testing is usually quite **** and is easy to bypass. There are "natural" bodybuilders out there who aren't but compete in tested federations and it's not exactly impossible to come out clean when you were popping dbol a few weeks ago.
I just don't see why he wouldn't use to be honest. Of course naturally he has a talent but he probably wants to be at the top and he's not that far from it at his BW so why would he not use?
