Had to email the bastards. Not received anything.
My order is still in processing. I don't think they even took the money yet. Emailed them three times but no response. I just want them to cancel the order and confirm it.

I would never deal with them again even if they have good offers. I have to arrange to be at home for deliveries and if a site isn't reliable then any cost saving isn't worth it to me.

Ideas? Might do some Crossfit WoD style crap but with no equipment really. But I also want to get the small workouts bit done too - like arms and upper back work really.
    edit: its commandant

you've read BoM right? they run through a lot of GPP ideas there

Anything is good really, from hill sprints to supersetting exercises in the gym.

So long as it gets your heart pumping and sweating its all good

A few things I've got - find a keg in the street outside a pub/club and nick that, fill it with water.

make your own sandbags - I used to buy the army canvas bags on ebay and then put the individual B+Q sand bags inside

tyre- usually find these somewhere too, I picked up two are the side of the road - they're around 25-30kg so not heavy but can still do some fun things with them. also tie some rope and you have your own sled, then put the sandbag on top and you have a weighted sled

KBs are a good investment too, do circuits on those and they'll hammer you

After the email I sent them yesterday, I finally got an email saying that my order has now been processed and shipped! So they did finally honour the mistaken price of 2.27kg@£18.29!

In the email, I told them that they were charlatans who used the old fashioned bait-and-switch con to try and bring in new business but it was doomed to fail since a) they proved themselves to be unreliable and disorganised and b) modern consumers are too switched on to fall for that crap and would disregard their site. I told them that I would never buy with them again and would recommend strongly that everyone else did likewise.

Haha, nice. I still haven't received a reply but I may write something like that. :P

Watching Kassem G's Comic Con videos and I'm always confused. There are a lot of hot girls there and I know a lot of them are paid models but are any of them actually there for fun? I find it hard to believe but a lot also look like they aren't trying to sell anything or whatever. I guess maybe just models who want to be found.

Sounds interesting. He's released a vast amount of information for free already but every time I try to read his MWOD blog my head explodes due to information overload.

Book of Methods - Louie Simmons' book. Essentially a collection of all of the articles on his site.

Ah yes, I have that. Will look into the GPP section again. You gave good examples of what to use but my idea is really to just train at home (garden) so not sure how viable those are.

Mine is quite a small garden. How do you drag a sled for like 2m? Not really gonna be tough...

well I was lying about the sled, I don't use that in my garden but tbh I have only used it a handful of times anyway - I have driven somewhere with a hill and used it then

the best things for conditioning are the KBs in my opinion, you will be able to take those to your uni halls too. I used to do swings in my bedroom lol

this is probs a stupid question, but are all dense materials quite expensive?

Just seems all plates, DBs, KBs etc are very expensive for what they are. Or maybe its hard to evenly distribute the weight..

What do you strong handsome gentlemen think of the false grip in the overhead press?
Wendler recommended it in an article and I've seen Redbuthotter use it in his viddiers so yeah, I'm curious.
