Means back to the drawing board"
Just heard back from Bristol and i have a rejection. I am just wondering what my next steps are gonna be as i fell in love with the place.

I do not have a-levels but i have an AS in chemistry and a Distinction Level 3 extended diploma in animal management.

I was just wondering if anyone was in the same boat and what could I possibly do next!

    Hiya,

I'm in a similar situation. I am going to take a chemistry a-level and reapply next year but for the 5 year course perhaps. Try and get some more work experience and perhaps top up to a full a-level, but mainly enjoy your time off from studying and do some voluntary work? I for one will be attempting some sort of holiday!

Good luck - I'm sure we'll be in contact on the 2013 thread

    Hey

I got rejected from Bristol today as well .

I agree with Spanner89 , try to get an A level or equivalent quallification and also get some vet placements to strengthen you application for next year. I think you definitely need to have the work experience in order to do well in the interviews but volunteering is a blast and you get to meet loads of nice people and learn things (providing you actually like the place your volunteering at) .

Best of luck for next year , see you on the 2013 thread!
