Re: TSR Christian Society (X-SOC) - Mark IIIAww. Wee babas.(Original post by FinnLassie)
Went to see my godparents' newest grandchild today and oh my she is so lovely! Just 4 days old, spitting image of his father.
The two older siblings are thrilled, even though baby's big brother is still a bit confused and jealous of the baby finally coming out. Well, he's two years old so let's forgive him.
Makes me want to get married and get kids already.
Boyfriend isn't too happy looking at my puppy face, so maybe we should wait a few more years...
Also, now that grandfather is dead, we got the remaining part of my gran's inheritance. I really wish you'd pray for me, it's a lot of money for someone my age and I need strength to use it right. The earlier part... I don't even want to talk about how quick it went down the drains. Young and foolish I was. :|
Of course. Praying for you.

ISA? Ah, seems to be some UK thing.(Original post by Lantana)
Locked in ISA?
I know I need to open a savings account, but the bank offers 5 different account types for that purpouse. Sigh, I guess I have to arrange an appointment at some point. D: -
Re: TSR Christian Society (X-SOC) - Mark III
Do we all remember the discussion we had a while back about which denomination we all belonged to? Well I have found out that the church I went to was Presbyterian (not unsurprising I suppose- this is Scotland!
). Not that this makes much difference- I don't know what that means. Just thought I'd put that out there.

Re: TSR Christian Society (X-SOC) - Mark IIIGlad you found out! How are you today, lovely?(Original post by tasha96)

Re: TSR Christian Society (X-SOC) - Mark IIIThankyou.
Doesn't really make a difference to me. Church is church and as long as they don't start telling me weird stuff then you're not going to hear me complain.
I'm ok today thanks. Revising for moddies on Friday. It's not hard as such- but there is so much info that is meant to stay in your head and you literally get blisters from the amount of writing.
What you up to?

Re: TSR Christian Society (X-SOC) - Mark IIII'm doing good! The spring is finally here, outside's like London a month back.(Original post by The_Lonely_Goatherd)
Babies are very good for the soul
Though they kinda scare me too. I don't know what to do with them
How are you today, lovely?
Oh well, I live in Finland, spring & summer is short so I just better enjoy it and pray that it won't snow anymore.
Off to scouts soon, I better dry my hair.
Et tu, Brute?! A Scot in a presbyterian church?!(Original post by tasha96)

I write too much anyway- sends my teacher bananas because she thinks I'll run out of time but I haven't yet. She say's she's never seen someone write as much in the time limit.
(Which is probably why my handwriting is a state by the end.
)
Yeah- I'm clearly getting loads done here too.

Ah dw. If people can read my handwriting in exams, I'm sure they'll manage yours, whatever it's like! I'm surprised I've never been asked to redo an exam, tbh, and rewrite everything I wrote neatly(Original post by tasha96)

Less than a week until my first exam.
Hopefully my revision pays off and I don't completely fail these ones.

How are we all?
I'm ok, I've booked an appointment with the doctors (after both lecturers and my mum have suggested it), not sure what i'll say but got until thursday to think about it so i guess thats good and I'm getting there with my dissertation proposal which is promising so just trying to plod on.
Prayers for all those who have exams coming up

Re: TSR Christian Society (X-SOC) - Mark IIIGlad you've booked an appointment. If you're a bit worried about it, you can preface the whole thing with "my lecturer was worried and asked me to come and see you, because of X, Y and Z". That's what I tend to do if I'm worried about looking silly. Though you shouldn't worry about that at all: you're definitely doing the right thing here.(Original post by 22KT22)
