Oh hai there

Nice to meet you! Feel free to introduce yourself a bit, if you fancy it, and dig in to some Hersheys kisses and American popcorn *hands out welcome treats*

Re: TSR Christian Society (X-SOC) - Mark IIIYep that's bound to happen if you're out of practice but it'll take no time at all to knit neatly! My first piece of knitting has more holes than stitches, more or less(Original post by LostHorizons)
Thanks
I've knit about 4 rows and they're not so great, but hopefully I'll get better with time
I've dropped 3 stitches and it all looks quite uneven, but I'm pleased all the same.

Re: TSR Christian Society (X-SOC) - Mark IIIThe internet soul(Original post by FinnLassie)
We are very fond of virtual food here. Tis good for the soul.
Just out of pure curiosity, what kind of a church are you attending?
Their sort of tagline is baptist, but they could even be called non-denominational because they try to be as inclusive and non-biased. They try to avoid all the splits that can come with denominations
That's why I love it there. It's just you and God with no drama

Re: TSR Christian Society (X-SOC) - Mark IIINo no no, good for the whole soul. Especially when you feel like snacking in real life, you can come and beg for internet sweeties here and you'll be satisfied with what is given to you. Life is yum.(Original post by Hootie*)

Not many non-denominational places here where I'm from, I guess I'll bump into those more as I get to uni. Tis true, God doesn't need drama.

Not in church mind you. I hid my musical talents from them
Congrats on finishing uni! I see you're progressing onto a Masters: good for you! My Masters is nearly coming to an end
Has been good fun though

The best kind around....
