I personally wouldn't do it.
You don't know if the person will be using protection, and you may catch something which you'd rather not have.
Also, if you get into the habit of it, sex will mean nothing to you. I mean, okay, sex doesn't mean much to a lot of people, but if it just becomes something that you do for money, it won't be something you'll enjoy in the future.
And think about your future partner. How would they feel about you 'escorting' yourself out.
