Two good and one bad or three okay? (grades)
Is it better to get two really good grades and a poor one or three okay (or perhaps just mediocre) grades??? What do people think?

Re: Two good and one bad or three okay? (grades)
I'm in my first year of A-levels. I want to do Geogrpaphy in uni. The uni I want to get in said I need at least a B in Geography and 280 ucas points. But thats just one uni.

My predicted grades are Geo- B Biology - C and Chemistry - E

There is also Welsh Bacc. Which I know i'll pass, and is 120 points in the bag. I (if you can't tell by the grade) suck and chmistry and i'm having a hard time revising it. I'm prety sure the way I'm going it's more of a U.

I don't tecnicaly need it to do geogpahy and In all honesty I don't want, or even think I can, do chem next year.

So my point is should I just concentrat on the subjects I have a real chance of doing well in or work on getting che up to standards but bringing down my grades of the other two in the process?

I don't know. And advice would be amazing. Is ABCE? (A being welsh bac) realy a terable result?
