Shameful how many of these lines I didn't know! I disagree with half the list anyway, it's all down to personal interpretation, but there are some KILLERS in there, thanks for sharing.

Back in the day, I used to really like Heard 'Em Say, All Falls Down, Champion, Jesus Walks, Gold Digger, Touch the Sky.. the list is endless. His albums were hella dope back then.

In fact, he was my favourite rapper up until the unfortunate death of his late mother as after that, he felt the need to abuse auto tune for a while (which is understandable) in his next album. Heartless was catchy, but not my type of music. Sorry if this comes across as being 'Dr. Evil'

The Taylor Swift thing caused me to lose a bit of respect for Kanye, not because of what his views were (as many people probably thought the same as him - I would say that people were a bit reluctant to indulge Swift because she was 'new to the scene' and not everybody's 'cup of tea'), but because he actually had the audacity said it. This bad professionalism made clear to me that he was either under the influence of certain substances or having a mental breakdown.

Kanye started to win me back with My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy as I especially liked Monster & Power. Anyway, presently 'Mr. West' has got back into the game and it's safe to say that he's back with the music (or in Illuminati lool), Watch The Throne was amazing! But yeah I like a lot of his more recent music.. Mercy, N*ggas in Paris, No Church in The Wild and New God Flow sounds interesting.

I'm unsure as to whether he's currently my favourite rapper as he has a lot of competition but he's definitely won my respect again, and he's managed to find a girl that doesn't need to dig for gold I hope he doesn't marry her though!

    EDIT: Filtered word.

My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy was too good of an album. I now find it hard to listen to anything else he does without just wanting to play that again.

He used to be a really good producer, the tracks he produced for Slum Village, Jay Z, Talib Kweli, Dilated Peoples and the production on the Common albums Be and Finding Forever was all top notch. Sadly now as someone has already pointed it out, since his Mother sadly passed away, his music has lost a lot of its soul and it seems to me, he is far more concerned with making money than he is making damn good music like he used too.

Reading back through this thread is amusing. WTT is brand name dropping, willy waving, tedious, dull, b/s. It is actually one of the worst Hip-Hop albums I have ever heard.
