    Well, are there things you are really passionate about? You should try to talk about those.

    When you are on your own, do you think about things? I mean do you challenge your mind to engage with interesting questions? Can you keep yourself interested with your own thoughts? I find that doing this helps me to have stuff to say. Reading, watching films, travelling, anything mentally stimulating, helps with this.

    Is there anyone you admire because they say interesting things? What kinds of things do they say? It's ok to take inspiration from other people.

    Finally, are you hanging around with the right people? Do you feel like you have to be careful what you say/ only speak about things that they like, and not things that you like?

    really? I'm not saying I can not talk to anyone, I have alot of female friends (but not close) that I get along with its just my main friends see me mainly when I am drunk
