Yes
With my 28" inside leg, I can only buy jeans in two places - Topshop and New Look
Me too

Re: Clothes for smaller womenI know! I'm somewhere in the region of 28"-30" inside leg and it's very hard to find any 30" leg trousers let alone 28". Shops also seem to be woefully understocked in small t-shirts, jumpers, etc.(Original post by Luxray)
Same with guys! I saw an advert recently which was for bigger sized men and all I thought to myself 'where's the stuff for smaller sized men... maybe I should make a shop for smaller men' -
Re: Clothes for smaller women(Original post by Luxray)
I'd just like to recommend Zara because I often find some of there stuff to be slighter smaller than usual so maybe the women's section is similar?
Zara's good for more delicately framed men, says my ex boyfriend.
As for small girls, if you're thinking high street then urban outfitters have plenty of stuff in XS and even XXS so 6s and some 4s. French connection's alright as well.. i don't really shop high street except for basics (hnm mainly) but if i think of more ill add
edit - american apparel, (though i harbour mixed feelings)Last edited by forsaken_earth; 31-03-2012 at 12:27. -
Re: Clothes for smaller womenEXACTLY!!! I'm somewhere in the region of 28 to 30 as well but even 30 legs are getting a bit difficult to find. Same goes for XS or S tops.(Original post by RedDevilThing)

I was aiming to do quite the opposite actually. Personally, I admire a more subtle physique.
My clothes come from markets, second hand stores, small designer or wheeler dealer shops where I'll never spend more than 40 quid on an item, usually no more than 15-20. For the time being I'm still living in the east end, which means clothes are everywhere, a fair few of my friends sell stuff, some of it exciting like 40s vintage, most is 'retro' i.e. stuff 20 years old or so... there are several shops in soho i like, broadwick street is good.. you can get many a black puritan looking dress for twenty quid. other than that i'm not too into mothballs. second-hand wise (this includes buying stuff for a fiver from girls n boys sitting on the pavement in the sun) i like mens jumpers and big shirts and big cardigans. I don't wear jeans but have one pair of levys high waist shorts which i wear with everything.. and tank tops. or see through netty tops. lots of ripped tights, mainly because i can't be bothered to buy new ones. one pair of army boots with metal spikes i've had put in - bought that second hand as well, 25 quid, they're great.Last edited by forsaken_earth; 31-03-2012 at 12:38. -

Re: Clothes for smaller womenDigimon? you have a lot to learn, it's a pokemon(Original post by forsaken_earth)

Where do you dress? Also, is that a digimon i spy on your profile picture?
I wanted to be Arcanine but some other user has taken it so Luxray was the second best.
I wish I lived in London because I find living near Manchester it is still rather difficult to find affordable and nice second hand pieces. So all my wardrobe is high street.
I'd say because of my height, I shop mainly at Topman for jeans and shirts. Zara for blazers, shirts and basic tshirts. H&M for couple of basics as well and my favourite blazer is from there.
I'm saving up a bit of money for some Nudie Jeans which I'm hoping will fit me well and I'm still on the hunt for the perfect leather jacket; I really wish All Saints would make some more designs! I keep drooling over this

Re: Clothes for smaller womenWith guys it's easier though, you can just wear something and say it's meant to be baggy - girls tend to want to show some sort of curves rather than a trapezium from their shoulders to their hips(Original post by Luxray)
