i am currently on gap year and applied to course at uclan, they gave me an unconditional offer and i had to provide my a level certificates.i contacted them and agreed to send my certificates via email to them (approx 3 weeks ago) but have heard nothing about my application since (thought they would send me an induction pack or something to confirm my place) should i wait or should i contact them after easter. by the way i have firmed the course and have attended applicant day for the course.

It wouldn't hurt to send them an email asking if they received your last email and if everything is ok. Just don't pester them.

oh by the way i checked on my ucas track today and on the welcome page it says place confirmed
