Haha you're telling me; I'm already 87kg with around 9%bf; trying to clean bulk. You can't imagine the amount of Nandos marinade I go through to keep up with the chicken.
I have to go to Costco to get 1Litre bottles (£7 which isn't half bad!

Just you let you know, it's probably not very healthy for you, (and even possibly dangerous) to suddenly increase your calorific daily intake by 300-400% so I wouldn't personally try it.(Original post by TheBlackMonster)

i'm too skinny, I need to change that. but first I need to gain some weight, which isn't going too well, although I am consuming a lot more food/drinks since i've been home from uni since my diet isn't small pizzas and Pot Noodles any more. -

I think i might be 6" not sure though.
The problem i have is my arms are so boney and slim i feel embarrassed when I'm with my mates.lol
Im going to try protein shakes and upper body strengthening in the holidays. Hopefully i can gain lean muscle.

Whoever pointed out Michael Phelps diet is a bit unrealistic for OP, guessing he's not going to be doing 6 hrs or more of exercise a day, including at least 4 of intense cardio (along with a lot of munchies...). -

if you do this 8,000 calories diet then you will have to go for a poo about 4 times a day i'd imagine,which would be over an hour a day wasted on the loo unless you can poo really quickly.
drop your trousers, squat down , let it drop out, wipe, leave. takes less than a minute. -

I got calorie shakes put on prescription which helps a little, although I'm still in full-time education so I guess it depends on whether you'd want to pay the charge or not.(Original post by TheBlackMonster)

Also, what kinds of things are you eating to make 5000 calories? I usually go for 3000 because I wouldn't be able to manage anymore, when I'm not as active over the holidays I find my appetite isn't as big
But yep, I'm about 5'8 and 110lb and want to gain about 20lbs before summer. -

forget diet or correct pooping technique, you don't even poop enough!
you should go at LEAST once a day, preferably once for every meal you have (and if you go any more than once for every meal you'e not emptying right)

as to how i go so fast, i go naturally, squatting rather than sitting, so the puborectalis muscle relaxes fully and opens up the anal canal fully compared to the choked position it's in while sitting, which also positions the anal canal so that it goes straight down and lets gravity do some of the work, meanwhile the abdomen naturally pushes downwards while squatting to squeeze the contents of the colon downwards and outwards.
and being fully open like that means waste tends to just drop out and not stick around the edge of the exit, which makes cleaning a lot easier, often i wipe only to find i just wasted a bit of toilet paper (nothing to wipe)Last edited by almasy; 04-04-2012 at 20:02. -
