I pulled it all off but I think it came from the slit in between my front two teeth. Should I see a dentist or if I brush well from now on will the problem go away?

Brush 2 times a day, with one time being just before bed.
Try to floss more and make sure you're brushing your gums and not just your teeth.

Front two teeth completely covered in cream, brown and in the centre black material, all peeled off in one go.

You haven't brushed your teeth in at least seven days. Am I close?
