    Sore throat after exercising?
I have recently started to try and lose weight (my bmi is overweight) and started to do the HIIT today. I HATE running but thought I would do this on the treadmill and because of my breathiness I now have an awful sore throat Why is this? How can I stop this from reoccurring when exercising?

Drink more when exercising and do a proper warm up and cool down. Also try not to run in too cold a place, this makes you throat hurt more.

It's important to keep hydrated, make sure you bring bottled water with you. Also maybe you're overdoing it?

Are you a smoker? That might not help!
