Re: The Manchester United Thread IXPretty sure center mid althought today he seemed to have played very high up the pitch. Seems like a very talented player. I rather sign him and loan him back to Crewe for another year(Original post by itsmyname)
What position does he play? Nick Powell that is

Re: The Manchester United Thread IXJudging by all the internet news stories, City are interested in every decent players in the world(Original post by doggyfizzel)
I think one of the reasons for that is City. Most years we seemed to be the default destination. "Mata to United?" or other random headlines. City are the team you can just throw random stories at, any player any money.
Thank god for the 25 man squad limit right? -

At least 9 players this past week have been linked with city. -
Re: The Manchester United Thread IX
Just watched highlights from the France game. Tbh I think Evra has been made a bit of a scapegoat but still not great from him. First goal his man scored, commentator says he should get goal side, but Mexes is the one playing him on, if Mexes steps up along with the rest of the team he's offside. Second goal just hasn't got the pace to catch the winger, that said winger is no slouch and Evra is coming off the back of a 37 league game season.
I think Evra actually misses Vidic, its surprising how much he organises our defence. Evra seems to have lost discipline in his absence. Without him or VDS I think he's pretty doing as he pleases.
