Re: OCR F292 Case Study analysis
I think that cash flow/calculating budgets will definitely be a topic in the exam since it covers through quite a lot of chapters although it's simple. Just need to make sure to get the right formulae (: I think that it is also worth mentioning that theories of motivation seem quite important as it links with almost anything in Business Studies. Have a look particularly at Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory and McGregor's Theory X and Theory Y as they both link to the Case Study quite well... Lastly, I find that the 4P's (Price, Product, Promotion, Place) branch out quite a bit throughout F292.

Hi guys, just wondering whether any of you hold a copy of the F292 apt? If so, is it possible if you could email it to me?

Re: OCR F292 Case Study analysisIts a case study analysis guide that some schools get for the course. The company analyses the case and produces a guide to revising it and brings up the main areas.(Original post by Joey952)

Re: OCR F292 Case Study analysisI'd say that you really do need to know the case through and through but not to panic in the exam. Hopefully the examiners will be kind and put in the questions that your teachers or people here have guessed at. I'd also say, look through the question paper and do the one you feel most confident on first, there's no right or wrong order to do them in.(Original post by Joey952)
I Know what it is know we've been given the exact same one haha, what would advise someone sitting the exam for the 1st time.
I didn't mean to cause offence by the way.
Good Luck to all of you

Re: OCR F292 Case Study analysisYep, decided to retake after I did F297 in January and got an A to try and boost my overall grade. It does seem easier in comparison to be honest but then that's kinda been the consensus for a lot of my friends. Hopefully it all goes well.(Original post by Joey952)

Actually I'm hopefully going to Reading to study History. The retake will hopefully make getting in a little bit easier especially because the Maths grade they are asking for is a bit extreme, D2 (Pre-U and the equivalent of an A*/A). -
