    Need help with questions
can you please tell me how to calculate these

    1) convert a volume of gas (given in cm3) into moles
is that moles = volume of gas : molar volume of gas, is the molar volume of gas 24000?

    2) how do you calculate the enthalpy change using energy and moles?

    Re: Need help with questions
    1) moles = volume/24000 when in cm3 and volume/24 when in dm3

    2) enthalpy change = energy change/moles and then change the sign (so if energy was positive, then the enthalpy will be negative).
