    Dumbbell Routine?
Does anyone have a decent routine that just uses DB's?

    Reps for one I choose.

I was about to paste the same one

I still don't understand how weights in your hands can help build muscle in your legs..?

Because when you do a squat for example you're using your leg muscles. The weights in your hands force the leg to handle more weight through its range of motion.

If you put two 50kg DB's in your hand and stepped on the scales you would be 180kg or whatever, so your legs are having to push that weight up wherever it is, in your hands or on your back.

This looks quite effective. I'm not a fitness expert but my routine involves just dumbbells and a barbell, I do triceps, biceps and shoulders, three exercises, three sets, another day, chest, back and abdominals, rest day, legs and forearms.

I made my workout from http://www.dumbbell-exercises.com/

I'm not a fitness freak, so if you don't like my workout, don't neg me into next week, it's worked well for me so far, I just need to improve on doing more cardio.
