Don't feel pressured to put on weight because others say so. It depends if you feel happy and healthy about the weight you are now. It would be better if you increase the amount of muscle you have rather than fat.
Work out your BMI and you need to know your exact height. Look up a BMI calculator. A healthy range is about 18.5 - 25. http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk...calculator.htm
