    Good afternoon,

    Thank you for your question!

In addition to your academic qualifications, we look at your competence in nine key areas. By Behavioural Capabilities, we mean the skills and behaviours which you will need to demonstrate to be successful at KPMG. These are the same capabilities that all KPMG employees need to demonstrate across the globe.

When preparing for your interview and assessment centre, you should think about these areas carefully and consider how you have demonstrated these skills and behaviours in your life. You can demonstrate these through academic work, hobbies, part-time jobs or extra-curricular activities. Running two small online businesses will certainly help you when submitting a graduate application.

    I hope this helps?

    All the best,

    Lizzie.

    Hi again!

As we changed our recruitment process for our 2012 intake, we do not have exact statistics however in previous years, we have received approximately 18 applications for every position available.

    Thanks,

    Lizzie.
