Re: Any tips on how to improve my arms? (pic included)It's just obvious from both the extreme vascularity and how big they are. Feel free to prove me wrong if you want. I don't doubt you've worked hard in the gym for ~5 years, but there's no way you're natural, based on that pic.Last edited by sil3nt_cha0s; 04-04-2012 at 19:52.

Re: Any tips on how to improve my arms? (pic included)yeah about 250grams a day...(Original post by Besakt)
If it hasn't healed in two weeks I would go see a doctor. I'm assuming your diet is in check (enough protein).
in another 2 years hopefully ill be muchhh better......but for now...there crap compared to other amateur bodybuilders...
cba...
well this may sound weird to u...but "in the real world" no one has ever said im disgusting....or watever u wana call it........i exude arrogance....LOLLOLOLOL.....(Original post by derangedyoshi)
You look ridiculous. You also exude arrogance, whether it's assuming all males are jealous of your bizarre arms, or telling people who disagree with you that they're obviously in a minority, and so on.
my arms aint huge....well showing a pic saves people the time asking me what level im at....(Original post by XxelliexX)
+ I don't understand why you think it's necessary to post a picture when all you are asking is advice regarding exercising with an injury? You seem to be seeking to get the responses you did... Or at least people telling you how huge your arms are to boost your ego. -
Re: Any tips on how to improve my arms? (pic included)So why not ignore? And probably because it quickly establishes the fact that he is a serious lifter and to take time off is more of a problem to him than to someone who sees lifting as a less serious hobby.(Original post by XxelliexX)
Why would he post the picture if all he was after is advice? The picture and the actual size of his arms seems irrelevant to the questions he is asking, and he must be used to people's responses on here by now to know that most people don't like the size of his arms.
It just seems ridiculous to me how many people have come on insulting the guy when so many girls who ask similar fitness problems get genuine advice and white knights saying they look fine or curvey or something else ****ing retarded. -
Re: Any tips on how to improve my arms? (pic included)so true man....(Original post by brb_gone_gym)

Re: Any tips on how to improve my arms? (pic included)well if you consider the fact that in the last year all my pics have showed me at pretty much the same size.....a dude on stedz would fluctuate....when hes on stedz be hugee....and when hes off look small...when he gets on em again be huge (but bigger then before)...and repeat......with me....ive been at the same level for about the last 1 an a half years.....ive reached what some lazy people would call a peak....obviously i can still grow...but at a much slower rate...(Original post by sil3nt_cha0s)

Re: Any tips on how to improve my arms? (pic included)
If serious just do more rear delt work and pulls and take it easy for 2 weeks on the pressing, still do them but just light. I wouldn't do wide grip bench for a while either.
You got them Neanderthal arms which is a compliment...a few people I know with arms like that pack on muscle well naturally.
I'm considering getting a sledgehammer to get bigger forearms....just think I need 3 consistent Yeats and they will be buldging. -
Re: Any tips on how to improve my arms? (pic included)Please for god sake tell us that thing is on the top left!(Original post by catjaum)
I've been injured for a few weeks now....can barely even lift a medium weight without being in pain.....and now my arms have started going down....need to get them bigger again....but theres no way i can do more then 30kg barbell or at most the 16kg dumbells..... even cables im struggling with on a medium weight.... anyone got any really hard to do exercises on such light weights? im talking bis and tris....cant do skull crushers at all....the pain is too much.....btw...pains in my right shoulder...
and yea....i tried resting it for 2weeks...the pain aint going away...so i gotta carry on going strong till it naturally heals.... -
