do some stores i.e. House of Fraser go for a specific ''look''?
I was just curious.
Ive had interviews for clubs, and upmarkets shops like House of Fraser in the designer section.
I just wondered do they have a certain 'look' that they hire?
I never got the jobs, and looks wise Id say im average at best (thats when i have make up on!), definitely not attractive.
This thread sparked from someone elses who was asking if she had the right 'look'. And when i thought about it, when you go into shops like River Island, Top Shop, Republic they all seem to be young attractive assistants. Are they really allowed to be this choosy?
