So you hear of people going abroad to work all the time, how do you find vancancies for non-UK jobs? Is there a specific website etc?

Try an international recruitment agency like Michael Page for a start.
Alternatively if you work for an international employer locally there may be the opportunity to transfer to another country.

You could look at holiday companies like thomson etc who would have plenty of jobs like holiday repping etc. Look on their websites to find out.
