    Curvy girls or skinny girls?
I think curvy girls rule and it was this picture that inspired this thread

I mean don't get me wrong, not many women come close to being as lovely looking as marilyn monroe. She was a fine specimen of a woman but i mean we are forced in one way or another to see these size zero models everyday of our life's and i think its the wrong way to shape the society we live, pushing this in our faces all the time.

I agree with the picture "**** society" and what we are told we should look like.

BE WHO YOU ARE AND DON'T LET ANYBODY CHANGE THAT

Nothing worse than seeing a bag of bones on the beach who is sporting the tangerine look.. Oh the joys of fake tan. What has this world come to? Curvy definitely all the way!

I prefer curvy, but not fat. I hate the term 'real women'. But yeah, curvy girls are fit. Especially Christina Aguilera

Woah why are we judging these body types as if they're two different species?! I know skinny girls who try to put on weight and can't because that's just how they are, and I know curvy girls who have trouble losing weight! I think the most attractive type of girl is one who is happy in her own skin

No one is! it is just the way society conditions us to think. Yes, I know people too who do struggle with losing and putting on weight. However it saddens me that girls strive to get a 'perfect' body which in fact makes them look unhealthy and sometimes really unattractive. I could not agree with you more! about someone being happy in their own skin! nothing more beautiful than someone who appreciates what they have rather than what they don't

    they simply don't eat enough.

none of this "can't put on weight/my metabolism is too fast" crap. if you can't put on weight, eat more. if you still can't put on weight, eat even more.

i bet if these girls actually counted the calories of everything they ate, they'd realise they're not eating a lot, however much they claim otherwise.

My friend is tiny and she eats so much. She used to eat 8 rounds of toast for breakfast and I'm not even kidding you! You can think what you like but I know loads of girls who are tiny and eat loads!

Nothing worse than seeing a fat whale flopping about on the beach either. Considering we are in an obesity epidemic, I would say that's more of an issue.

How about not curvy or skinny girls, but HEALTHY girls.

Both. As long as a girl is happy and healthy, it doesn't matter whether they're skinny or curvy.
