Yeah small ones aren't great, but it would have to be less than about 4 1/2-5 inches in order for it to make it an issue.
Technique matters a lot more than size does. I'd rather have a guy with a small penis that can last than someone who is 7-8 inches who ejaculates within the first 5 mins.
