    Shell Finance Grad Scheme
Any experiences of this scheme or Shell in general?

General opinions about doing your training in a rotational program as opposed to Big4 or professional services firm?

I would say Shell is the better option if you absolutely know you want to work in Oil & Gas. The pay is higher and the hours probably better. A former coursemate has been working at Shell in the Hague, almost qualified and on his way to becoming a financial controller. Might not have the exit opportunities of the Big 4 but a very good scheme nonetheless.
