Not sure how to re-apply for second year

Not sure how to re-apply for second yearHi
I received a text in early feb telling me its time to apply for student finance - so having got round to now I am not sure what I should be doing
After logging it says that
Continuing on the same course in 2012/13?
If you applied last time for basic student finance - loans not based on your household's income - you don't need to do anything just now.
Student Finance England will write to you by the end of February 2012. In most cases, they'll automatically complete your financial assessment; all you'll need to do is sign and return the form they send you.
^^ I have not received anything from them and my loan was based on household income
I dont think my loan was normal because i got the maintenance grant also
If i click on view application status - I dont need to anything else as they have all the required information but this is the same screen that was there when applying for the first year
What should i do? Is it possible to send them an email or should i just call them?

This doesn't apply to you as you did apply based on household income. Therefore you need to reapply online as a continuing student for 2012/13.
