...I bet you feel very smug about now, don't you?
Bask in that smugness for now, but know that all good things must end eventually.

Re: How do I become a man? It's equally amusing to see you claiming your error was nothing more than a 'test' for the OP.(Original post by Manitude)
Trust me, I've had much worse. I'm being hounded by people I don't know, or will ever likely know on an internet forum regarding something I don't really care about. On the scale of embarrassment this is not particularly high. It's quite amusing to see how seriously some people are taking it though. -

Re: How do I become a man?But does age have anything to do with being a man?(Original post by Clare~Bear)
Depends.
It's a lot easier if you're already male, all you need to do is reach the age of 18.
If you're female, you might need to age a bit but then you have to go through extensive srugery, councelling and other treatments to make you look and sound like a man.

Re: How do I become a man?Yes, LEGALLY, you're an adult...(Original post by Clare~Bear)
Yes, when you reach 18, you legally become an adult, a male adult is called a man.
Simples
But.... Ya know? -
Re: How do I become a man?Because you're an idiot in real life aswell?(Original post by Manitude)

Re: How do I become a man?Let's not pretend we haven't all done something stupid...like forgetting to take your towel with you when you go for a shower on a weekend long school trip in year 2(Original post by The Troll Toll)
Because you're an idiot in real life aswell?
Or unsuccessfully performing a simple piece of music in front of hundreds of people.
Or forgetting to zip up your jeans in the morning and realise hours later.
All are more embarrassing that what happened here, yo. -
Re: How do I become a man?Well yeah, I've done embarrassing things, but I haven't used "I meant to do that" as a defence since I was about 6.(Original post by Manitude)

Re: How do I become a man?Yeah, but those mistakes evoke sympathy from most people and don't make you look like a pretentious ****.(Original post by Manitude)

And people over the age of 16 don't tend to make any of those mistakes. -
Re: How do I become a man?You should give it more thought tbh, it's got me out of many tricky situations.(Original post by The Troll Toll)

Like that time I shot someone by accident. -
Re: How do I become a man?Unzipped jeans is a problem that affects all men from time to time. But you probably wouldn't know about that, given the title of this thread.(Original post by Newbie123)

Re: How do I become a man?Yeah, ok, sure, I wouldn't know.(Original post by Manitude)
Unzipped jeans is a problem that affects all men from time to time. But you probably wouldn't know about that, given the title of this thread.
But like I said, people who've made genuine mistakes generally evoke sympathy from most people, whereas people who try to be a smart-arse, and fail, just come across as stupid and unjustifiably arrogant - i.e. you.
