Just once a day like usual o.O The blood comes more or less constantly so within minutes of you getting out the shower you won't be clean down there anymore anyway (unless you use tampons, in which case you'd be no dirtier than usual). -

Re: Girls how often do you shower during that time of the month?To be honest I've never really thought about my preference in respect to the 'freshness' of my blood flow o_o I use tampons - I cant feel the blood or see it until I remove the tampon. A fresh tampon is good enough for me(Original post by Fruli)

I would probably shower more or whatever if i used pads because then its like actually out in the air but with tampons i feel as clean down there as i do when i'm not on. (best invention in the world ever)

Re: Girls how often do you shower during that time of the month?I should have said, it removes the stale/dry blood from your vagina. Any flow afterwards will eventually become stale/dry but at least you are removing it more regularly.(Original post by sweeter than a cherry pie)

Re: Girls how often do you shower during that time of the month?#Once a day as usual. I use a mooncup so it's not like the blood ever gets 'on' me. Whenever I take the cup out I'll use wipes or give myself a quick wash if possible before I reinsert it.

Simply because when you are on your period, you need to freshen up regularly or else you could end up smelling. -
