#Once a day as usual. I use a mooncup so it's not like the blood ever gets 'on' me. Whenever I take the cup out I'll use wipes or give myself a quick wash if possible before I reinsert it. -

Re: Girls how often do you shower during that time of the month?There's a thread in the sexual health section i think (not sure) which has a lot of info...but from personal opinion...i dont know hiw i survived without it. it totally removes any stress from my period and i almost forget im on. it's a brilliant money saver and just generally brilliant...but you cant dislike the sight if your own blood or be afraid to grapple around inside of yourself!(Original post by becca_c)

) and already I have that icky feeling! Worst thing is that I can't even shower because we're having work done in our bathroom and the dumb builder dude took our shower head off for some reason 
The entire week is not a good time until it gets lighter or finishes! Sometimes I just can't wait for menopause lol -

When you over-clean, you disrupt the normal vaginal microflora (various bacteria and fungi that maintain the normal, slightly acidic environment) and this can lead to proliferation of bacteria/bacterial vaginosis; "fishy fanny".(Original post by PinkMobilePhone)

To answer the question : once a day, and I use baby wipes when I use the toilet.
