Hi, since first year of uni I've put on a stone of weight. I was around 9 stone at the start of first year (around 120lbs) and now, at the end(ish) of 3rd year I'm around 10 stone (around 140lbs). My height is about 5'7.
I know I'm not overweight/an unhealthy weight and that I'm ok, but I really want to get back to 9 stone. I actually feel
fat - I know that sounds ridiculous because I'm not fat per se, but I feel disgusting
I graduate in July. Is it possible to lose 1 stone between now and then because I don't want my graduation pictures to have me looking like this? Will I have to radically change my diet? Do I need to get a gym membership or can I workout at home?
Thank you, I know this might seem stupid to some people but it's really affecting me .
