What mark do you think you need to get to get a C? Dropping it at the end of AS and trying to get some UCAS Points

I saw that question but it is supposed to refer to changing ppulations and management. it was in the examiners report that a lot of people got confused.

And yeah, you don't need case studies for it - just the standard knowledge.
That confused my teacher as well, my essay got more marks than her "model answer" :P. Odd really they need to make the population ones less vague.

I was wondering how many case studies people had for physical/human?
For population and health I've been told there are 17 case studies I need to know, but for rivers and coasts I think there are only 7?

depending upon which college you have been studying at or homestudying, we will all have different case studies anyway as different textbooks give different ones. although, i do know there are a lot for population that i have:L

What do we need to know for Population? I don't really know what to revise
hey, print out the spec it's quite useful, so if you've just started revising like me, then you can just follow the spec and miss out like any extra bits that are in the text book
just as were so pressed for time!

I haven't really revised Geography yet /: I've made all my notes and everything but I'm focusing on RE which is on Wednesday and Psychology which is the day before Geography next week! If I get a D you still get UCAS points so it's not the end of the world Thank god English Language is done and dusted

Hey, has anyone been taught case studies for landforms in the river? Like features from rejuvenation, waterfalls, etc...and do we need them?
I have been taught them - i think you need to know them as in a previous exam, there was a 15 mark question on rejuvenation and its resulting landforms.

I did that question in a mock and managed to get 13/15 without a case study, the specification doesn't say you need case studies for landforms :/

Does anyone know what we actually need to know for the population areas case study ie, the inner city area, suburbs etc etc. All i can see is transport and dependancy ratios. It seems like a hell of a lot of learning just for something that may not even come up!
