Ok. Calm down. Transcription is everything before the mRNA is taken out of the nucleus. Then Translation occurs. RNA Polymerase is just in place of DNA Polymerase, it does the exact same thing, building a complementary strand.
The best thing for me is to crack out my notes and stop doing past papers for now.

As for translation learn the page on it that's really all that's needed for AS at A2 it goes into it a bit more -
