So who's got info about their shifts?
Well i heard shifts should be sent out from yday, as mentioned by the staff during my Role-Specific Training. although i havent heard anything from the website itself, who knows about their shift?

lets get to know each other too and see who we might be working with by starting each reply with something like the following. personally i have been offered to do:

Job role: EVS Staffing Team Member
    Venue: Water Polo Arena
    O/P? : Olympics only

    lets get talking!

All shift pattens posted so far, should be treated with caution, as there is a bug in the system, and many have been posted wrongly.

12win12, I have not had my shifts, but then there are 70,000 of us, but those sent out to some on the UDAC workforce teams have been revised twice, and some are just plain silly, one bloke had a shift patten 28 days of 12 hours a time, without a day off ,that cannot possibly be right

If it's anywhere in the European Union, you would technically be allowed to volunteer. Madrid are bidding for the 2020 Olympics... I think 8 years is plenty of time to learn Spanish!

The annoying thing is though, that they specified that you have to be 18 in January to volunteer - my brother was really annoyed because he missed out by a couple of months... he's even more annoyed that I get to be at the white water centre and he doesn't (massive canoe fan!)

12win12, hey , if I came across being blunt apologies, it was certainly not meant that way, Heard last week that 2,000,000 shift pattens are needing to be finalized, hard to believe, until you look at the complete picture, 70k volunteers, 26 sports, and up to 63 days of action (that's because some volunteers are starting in two weeks time, on UDAC.
