    Room To Rent in Newcastle 2012
    Hi Guys

    If you're looking for somewhere to live for 2012/2013 we have a fantastic room to rent. The house is situated in Shieldfield, it's literally right behind Sainsbury's and 2 minutes from Northumbria University!

    £69 p/w, contract starts on 1st July 2012.

    The house is a good size, with 3 decent sized bedrooms.
    1 Bathroom
    Good sized Kitchen
    Large lounge area with patio doors to the garden
    Parking is also available

    I'm currently looking for a room in a house share as I finish college in May and I am going to Northumbria in September.
    Would it be possible to view the room/house?
