TOK-presentation topic: burqa and niqab ban in Europe

I am thinking of doing my TOK-presentation on the bans on burqas and niqabs in Europe (probably focusing on Sweden or France, don't really know yet). I think my konwledge issue would be something like "is this ban implinging religious freedom?"

Anyone have any tips/advice on this topic? Does it seem like a good idea? I've been changing my mind over and over again and now I think I've finally decided...

First, just check if the arguments for implementing the ban and the arguments against are more or less equal. Personally I think the banning is retarded and just xenophobic. But for whatever topic you choose, make sure there are sufficient arguments and counter arguments for. You do not want to present a 1 sided topic
