See, I love Part 3, but yes, Part 2 is far too overrated and sadly gets a lot of attention when far better Floyd songs of that era (Have a Cigar, Waiting for the Worms, Brain Damage/Eclipse) are often overlooked.

Haha, don't worry about it. Mistakes like that are pretty easy to make. I suspected as such as you specifically put part 2 in bold, which would normally indicate you were making a point of showing that this is different to what is expected with that song. Life goes on, though!

really part 3? I like how the start works with the end of Don't leave me now(the precending song) but what I enjoy most is the etheral, slow, druggy style of Pink Floyd so Comftably Numb, Nobody Home and Part 1 are more my thing then the drum banging and shouty vocals.

I do love the buildup of Part 1, it's still one of my favourites of the album. It's more the lyrics and placement in the story that sets Part 3 out for me, The anger and the frustration and loneliness just give it so much power for me.
