I wouldn't say they're all rude. Music has always had sex, drugs and violence in it... except today it's getting more acceptable to sing about it/be more open about it.
Music would be boring if it was all cheesy love songs.
I think it's good that artists like Katy Perry, Lady Gaga etc. are making songs about self-love and being yourself. However, there are "songs" that make me want to rip out my eardrums. I hope little kids don't listen to this. -

Pfft I want to go back to the good old days of 'cruisin down the street in my six-fo’; jockin the bitches, slappin the hoes'; 'dumb hoe says something stupid that made me mad. She said somethin' that I couldn’t believe, so I grabbed the stupid bitch by her nappy ass weave. She started talkin ****, wouldn’t you know? Reached back like a pimp and slapped the hoe.'
