Re: Can't get over height (female)Most girls would die to be like you, 'Your Petite'(Original post by Anonymous)
I know this seems really silly but I'm 21 years old, just finishing off my degree and my biggest bugbear about my body is my height. I'm 5'1 and hate it when people mention how "little" I am (they'd never mention how "gigantic" a tall girl was) and I find it really upsetting.
It used to bug me a lot more in my teens and I became depressed about it but over the years I've realised that the majority of the population barely even think about height-weight is seen as a lot more important.
How do i get over my height? I'm sick of being upset about it because its not something I can change and other than that I never really focus on any of my hang-ups...

Re: Can't get over height (female)****ting me?? Shakira?... only the first three actually look little on screen. Odd.(Original post by aefli)
I am quite small 5ft 3, and very "petite looking" so I actually look smaller, just look at some of the celebrates who are also small and they have had to embrace it to get where they are today. You should do the same!
Eva Longoria, 5 ft 1 in
Natalie Portman, 5 ft 3 in
Kylie Minogue, 5 ft
Rachel Bilson, 5 ft 2 in
Scarlett Johansson, 5 ft 3 in
Hilary Duff, 5 ft 1 in
Shakira, 4 ft 11 in
There are loads others! -
Re: Can't get over height (female)I just checked, apparently she is either 4 ft 11 in or 5 ft 1. hmn.. I think it is up to debate!(Original post by Ebony19)

Re: Can't get over height (female)So your argument is "It's not true because I say so"?(Original post by bengalisoldier)
I would find that hard to believe if you know any people who are taller still living, but being short doesn't mean you live longer don't matter what science might say nobody can tell.
