Doubt i'll be able to squat and deadlift anywhere near my max by then but could bring along my deadlift suit for people to have a go if they want (providing its the right size)
stalked your log bro, i read that you started madcows with smaller increments at weaker stats then me (10-15% or so). how far did that get you.....looks like you ran the **** 15+ weeks without stalling.

btw some of the Londoners need to come down to the meet!

Cant remember exact numbers but deadlift got up to around 180kg x 1, squat 140kg x 1 (quickly bumped up to 160kg after a quick smolov cycle) and not sure what my bench was, probably around 90kg x 1

i'm at like 160x3 for dl and 120x3 for squat( have been for the last few months), you ran smolov pretty early, dam i guess it paid off tho 20kg in 3 weeks is nuts!

    hows the ankle?

Smolov is great for boosting your squat, the 3 weeks are ****ing hard but definitely worth it.

Ankle still in a in cast, 4 weeks left non-weight bearing before its taken off then physio. My thigh has already began to shrivel from the lack of use, I can grab a nice chuck of flab from my thigh, feelsbadman . Not looking forward to what my calf will look like when the cast is off...
