I've always thought of Mariah, and what an awesome voice she has.. But alot of people seem to think Beyonce is better.. what do you think?

Beyonce is a better all round performer, she's one of the few singers around atm who can sing, dance and do it well.

Plus, at Glastonbury, she was throwing up and still managed to put on a show - what a woman.

I feel compelled to say Mariah Carey purely because of my childhood and the nostalgia that comes from her song Fantasy. Imo, the last good song she made was We Belong Together, after that I stopped paying attention because she just got boring like a lot of other music in the charts.

I don't really like Beyonce. She was alright in Destiny's Child but after the band spilt I just lost interest. I also lost respect for her after seeing her baby bump fold in

Mariah's has lost about 90% of her voice over the last 15 years... she used to be very good, but now she's nothing.

I could understand said viewpoint if I had clicked on the thread just to type in "HURR DURR DEY BOTH SUCKZ" but all I said was that whilst I'm not a fan of either I prefer Mariah Carey. I'm entitled to that opinion and I'm entitled to voice it in a relevant thread.

Let's be honest - it's a little weird that you even bothered to look at the thread given that you don't like either of them. Lol.
