We are 3 very friendly, Kings College London 2nd year students (two girls and one boy) who are looking for a flatmate to move into the spare bedroom in our house, end of July.

The house itself is located minutes away from Mile End station and therefore is excellent for any London university student because of its central location. The rent itself for the single room is £455 a month NOT including utilities, so very reasonable.

The bills can vary depending on how much gas we use, but its £5 a month for electricity, £5 a month for the internet, the water is £25-£30 every three months and gas has been £95 for the winter months so that is at the peak.

We will be moving into our 3rd year and are looking for someone who is sociable, friendly and clean, male or female. If you think you'd be interested or have any questions, please drop me a message!
