Single bedroom in flatshare in Battersea, London, £530pcm
Single bedroom available in a flatshare with two male postgraduate students in Battersea (SW11), just west of Battersea park. The bedroom is £530.11 per calendar month (approx $124pw) plus bills, which are usually £50-£60 a month.

The flat has one bathroom, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen, a living room, space to hang clothes, broadband internet; bedroom has a large (160x200cm) bed, two small desks, a chest of drawers and two closets. Well connected by bus and a 30 minute walk to South Kensington.

The room is available now and we need to have it occupied by start of May. Contract is minimum 6 months and open-ended.

We're postgraduate students, in physics at Imperial and in design at the Royal College of Art, and our current flatmate is moving out. We'd prefer a graduate student but anyone tidy is fine.
