Nah I never had sleeping problems apart from stress issues. I believe there's always an underlying root of your problem that you need to overcome though, when I have nightmares or bad thoughts at night, it's an indication I need to be honest with someone else who will just listen to what I have to say. I can see why you're against them but if you find the main problem of you not sleeping it's a lot more beneficial. What do you do at night when you're not sleeping? Try to sleep?
