University of the creative arts UCA EPSOM accomodation

Hey i live about 30 miles from UCA epsom, ive firmed it to study BA fashion, my only worry is accomodation, I think i live to close even though it wil be like an hour and a half train journey everyday! is there anybody else in this predicament? anyone else thinking of applying for a house/ private accomodation?
It's a three hour drive for me, I don't drive but I don't know how long the train journey is (obviously longer than that) and people from near me have said they didn't get into accommodation... I'm pretty worried and I live all the way up North
